About the Role


We are looking for an exceptional talent acquisition specialist in the founder s office who will help us close the key positions in senior and middle management roles.


The charter for this role includes:

  • Devising strategies for sourcing internally and independently driving them

  • Hiring in multiple areas such as Engineering, Product, Data, Leadership, etc

  • Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for these roles

  • Devising strategies for attracting top talent from the ecosystem


Ideal Persona:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in the recruiting industry

  • At least 1+ years of experience in working with hyper-growth startups

  • At least 1+ years of experience in working with top executive search firms

Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast, and operates with extreme ownership.
There is minimal management and extreme autonomy.
