About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional talent acquisition specialist in the founder s office who will help us close the key positions in senior and middle management roles.
The charter for this role includes:
Devising strategies for sourcing internally and independently driving them
Hiring in multiple areas such as Engineering, Product, Data, Leadership, etc
Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for these roles
Devising strategies for attracting top talent from the ecosystem
Ideal Persona:
At least 3+ years of experience in the recruiting industry
At least 1+ years of experience in working with hyper-growth startups
At least 1+ years of experience in working with top executive search firms
Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast, and operates with extreme ownership.
