Ta Manager/sr. Manager(tech) Job in Leap Finance Inc

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional talent acquisition specialist in the who will help us close the key positions in senior and middle management roles particularly in tech hiring.

The charter for this role includes:

• Devising strategies for sourcing internally and independently driving them

• Hiring in multiple areas such as Engineering, Product, UI/UX, Leadership, etc

• Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for these roles.

• Devising strategies for attracting top talent from the ecosystem.

Ideal Persona:

• 4-7 years in experience in Tech hiring

• At least 3+ years of experience in the recruiting industry

• At least 1+ years of experience in working with hyper-growth startups

Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast, and operates with extreme ownership.
There is minimal management and extreme autonomy.
