Job Responsibilities:

• Develop enterprise version on Zoho CRM
• Understand software requirements and map them to Zoho products and features (Technical/Solution Architecture)
• Complete Ship the qualitative solutions and products to customers on the basis of Agile Methodology
• Fixing post-production issues/bugs
• Timely reporting on projects to Team leads / Managers
• Being involved in Software development, solutioning, customization/Configuration and application support
• Work with Product Team and help in implementing solutions through CRM
• Integrating Zoho with our internal tools and software

Desired Skills:

• Should have minimum 4 years working experience in creating workflows in Zoho CRM enterprise
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Solution Consultant in ZOHO CRM
• Should know how to create different workflow and modules for different roles
• Should know about API creation and automations, and use data to understand how the product and features are being used and take data driven decisions to better the product and user experience
• Hands-on experience with a full cycle of CRM Consultation
• Experience in Cloud technologies
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Good written and verbal communication
