Role Description

This is a Part-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various day-to-day tasks, including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-growing educational platform and contribute to the development of HR processes and initiatives.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices

Familiarity with HR management and policies

Understanding of employee benefits and personnel management

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
