Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage the intervention to ensure timely adherence to project deliverables on the allotted projects Pan India. Develop a monitoring mechanism to track progress, assess quality, analyse risks and identify areas for improvement.
  • Will be responsible for new initiative, expansion and donor retention.
  • Guide, mentor and coach team to think out of the box and create innovative learning experiences and strategies the existing programs for the students in areas of design thinking, engineering, robotics, coding, or computational thinking.
  • Will be responsible for managing budgeting, strategizing the baseline studies and situational analysis, Funder reports and Govt. Liaison
  • Will be responsible for implementation, delivery and relationship management of the program at various project locations with the support of team on the ground.
  • Timely submission of reports to management and funders. Identify the right talent for the programs and mentor them.

Job Skills Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the related field (Engineering / Science) Proficiency in engineering, electronics and/or computer programming
  • Mentoring team and believing in Teamwork. Excellent organizational and planning skills related to schedules, resource allocation, and long-term planning.
  • Experience in Stem / steam / Robotics / AI etc is desired.
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to program management on a Pan India basis.
  • Technical/software project management experience. Strong time management and organization skills.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently without constant supervision and under stressful timelines.
