Description:

Roles & Responsibilities :-

  • Supervising and leading production, executives/Officers and technicians.
  • Training and mentoring all production department staff.
  • Writing performance reviews and solving internal issues.
  • Reviewing and approving SOP&rsquos, Validation Protocols and Validation Reports related to Production department and other documents.
  • Improving manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinating activities of Production department with other Departments of organization.
  • Planning and allocating day to day activity.
  • Carrying out other assignments delegated by the Technical Director from time to time.
  • Ensuring production of quality products at efficient rate.
  • Managing man, machine & materials for optimal output
  • Ensuring continuous of manufacturing operations (Equipment, Systems and Procedures) in compliance with cGMP, quality, safety and environmental regulations.
  • Planning, discussing & implementing the Monthly production program (MPP).
  • Maintaining full and accurate records of all the required documents concurrently.
  • Driving continuous improvement program for relevant product and business processes and projects.
  • Ensuring Active engagement with regulatory affairs and participation in regulatory audits as well as follow up for compliance.

    B.Sc/ M.Sc/ B.Pharm/ M.Pharm
