It Support Engineer Job in Leewayhertz
Job Summary
- Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, servers, networks, printers, scanners, etc. (in person, by telephone or remotely).
- Responding promptly to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be remotely or over the phone)
- Handle business-critical IT tasks, effective backup, and system security.
- Should have good knowledge of installing the OS and software - macOS, Linux, Windows, etc.
- Diagnose, repair and replace hardware as necessary.
- Should have good knowledge of LAN and WAN infrastructure.
- Monitoring and maintaining network devices like - NAS, IP Camera, Firewall, Switch, WiFi Router, etc.
- Should have good knowledge of punching and crimping LAN cables.
- Ready to travel to DelhiNCR for IT-related work.
- Should have good knowledge of Asset Management.
- Should know about shell, Linux, windows, and mac basic commands.
- Vendor and guest management related to IT work.
- Knowing AWS and other cloud platforms is an additional advantage.
