Responsibilities and deliverables:
- Lead the development of high-quality software solutions using React and Node.js with the latest technologies.
- At least 4 years of experience in MERN stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, MongoDB, and Express.js, NextJS,GraphQL, AMQP, Kafka.
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure software development aligns with business goals.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications using modern software engineering best practices.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by performing code reviews and implementing appropriate testing methodologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering and suggest improvements to the technology stack and development process.
- Write high-quality code that is well documented, modular, and easy to maintain.
- Work with the team to ensure all software development adheres to best practices and is scalable, secure, and reliable.
- Implement and maintain automated testing and deployment pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and deployment process.
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture, AWS/API Gateway, RabbitMQ/AMQP/Docker is helpful
