Job Summary
  • Preparation and revision updating of the Preliminary Construction Programme, Construction Programmes, Stage Programmes and Weekly Programmes as appropriate.
  • Coordinating and liaising with client Representatives, Public Authorities, Contractors Site Staff, Subcontractors and suppliers in relation to planning and programming matters for the various interfaces which exist on the project.
  • Development and Production of Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports, both for internal purposes and for submission to the Client.
  • Production and Revision of Resource Schedules.
  • Coordinating and liaising with section managers to ensure that the Detailed Works Programme can be updated.
  • Preparation of programme and other detailed information necessary for substantiating claims and provision of other general information, relating to planning and programming, to the commercial department, as requested.
  • Recording and collating relevant documentation related to contractual claims, both Client and Subcontractors.
  • Liaison with Construction Managers and site team to ensure interface issues are identified and dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the coordination and review of architecture and engineering design drawings.
  • Assisting in various elements of contract administration.
  • Coordinate and requiring input from external parties on the list planning and programming activities.
  • Maintain and monitors Consultants and Vendors drawing progress with Document Controller.
  • Monitor and report on clients design review progress.
  • Monitor and liaison on Subcontract Progress.
  • Develop Design, Procurement and Construction Program as per the Contract / Tender.
  • Resource loading in MSP or Primavera.
