About the Role

LenDenClub s brand team is looking for an Associate/Executive - Brand & Communications for our Mumbai office. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the brand and the marketing team in ensuring brand and communication adherence across channels and media. You will report to the Manager - Brand, Communications & PR and partner with the leadership team members across the business. You will have direct exposure to the management and the opportunity to have significant growth.


Responsibilities & Duties Instructions

Create and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns

Liaison with marketing, product, HR & leadership, and key business stakeholders to solve communication needs, create awareness, engagement, consideration, and inquiries basis business KPIs.

Works closely with the marketing team to create a communication campaign

Develop and plan marketing strategies for the assigned brands

Conceptualize and initiate digital and social media campaigns through working with various digital agencies and in-house studio

Responsible for planning and delivering innovative content across all social media platforms.

Responsible for content creation including design and copywriting for digital ads and related marketing collaterals.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

Ensuring brand adherence across channels and media

Creating clear and crisp brief as per requirements

Vendor management including finance and legal operations


Requirements, Qualifications & Skills Instructions

Open to learning and experimenting

A degree in BMM or MBA in marketing

1-3 yrs of experience in marketing or brand management role (Open to advertising agency candidates as well)

Experience in Startup &/or FinTech will be an added advantage

Knowledge of digital marketing & social media

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hardworking and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
