Under the direction of CEO and CMO, this role provides a unique opportunity to drive sales through Marketplaces, Email marketing and SMS marketing. This role will be responsible for new product listing set up, assist in inventory management and planning, supply chain logistics, generating sales reporting and analysis, and assisting customer support team.
Perform item setup for new items on marketplaces: item descriptions, dimensions, pricing, images, advanced content, pricing, images, advanced content
Maintain website assets such as content, imagery and experience on 3rd party marketplaces
Provide reporting on sales and analytics to CEO and CMO
Analyse sales and customer data to evaluate and enhance revenue growth and profitability for existing 3rd party marketplaces as well as evaluating the opportunity to expand to other marketplaces and offline sales
Apply continuous improvement mind-set to analyse, adjust and improve results.
Assist customer support team in handling orders related customer service issues. Escalate issues as necessary to get a resolution. Track common issues to improve service in the future.
Provide recommendations to optimize content and improve consumer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to think critically, analyse information and make actionable recommendations
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of social media sites required
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Compensation:30,000 Per Month
