Job Summary

We are looking for a young, skilled, passionate, and talented videographer in the higher education Ed-tech sector. Leverage Edu videographers are the touchpoints behind video conceptualization and motion graphics, that features qualitatively in the pool of video outputs that we have created over time. We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of the Education and Education Tech sector and understands the Leverage Edu brand personality. Creatively spot-on and defined by a hustle-first attitude, our videographers are abreast of developments in the Ed-Tech industry and infuse creative energies in all things #studentfirst.

Role Responsibilities

• Work with creative teammates over conceptualization, ideation, video sequencing, and production
• Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm new ideas to create striking visuals in the form of educational videos, infographics & illustrations.
• Develop an effective, meaningful, and 360-degree video strategy for marketing communications
• Manage and oversee technical aspects of video recording and editing
• Maintain a high level of quality with attention to detail
• Adhere to the company's brand guidelines and carefully crafting video content out of the same
• Work closely with the team to realize the creative vision
• Manage recordings and footages
• Video presentation before Management

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in film production or a related field is preferred
• Some experience of using video and editing equipment
• Reordering and fine-tuning the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the video
• Creative thinking skills
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects
• A good understanding of Motion Graphics is a must
• Knowledge of Adobe Character Animator would be a plus
• Should have a good sense of the Creative Workflow between Adobe After Effects, Illustrator - Premiere Pro
• Good typography skills, and knowledge of colour theory
• Should know about various video codecs and aspect ratios used for Social Media outputs
• A good understanding of background music for video production
