Job Title: Direct Marketing Executive - Digital (DME - D)

Job Type: Marketing Intermediary

Job Location: Mumbai, Hyderabad

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Converting the leads provided through telecalling
  • Following up and completing the documentation work for processing the loan proposal and getting all requirements.
  • Ensuring timely sanction and disbursement of completed loan applications.
  • Canvassing LICHFL s Loan Products.
  • Customer relationship management Providing after sales service.
  • Portfolio Monitoring
  • Any other jobs as specified from time to time.

    • Educational Background & Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in any discipline OR Master s degree in any discipline.
    (MBAs in Marketing/Finance and/or candidates having 2 or 3 years experience in related field may be given preference.)
  • Age should not be less than 21 years or more than 35 years.
  • Candidates with past experience in tele-marketing of financial/real estate products will be preferred.

    • Remuneration

    DME- D will be paid monthly stipend of Rs. 20,000/- on achievement of minimum business target. First 3 months will be considered as probation period without any minimum business requirement.

    In addition to above, DME-D will be paid incentives linked to the business performance.

    After the engagement period of 2 years on contractual basis the DME-D will have the option to be associated with the Company as a Marketing Intermediary. The compensation will be as per the prevalent commission structure applicable for Marketing Intermediary at that time.
