Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Handling of customer sales requests
  • Execution of Sales Processes like Submitting offers to customer and follow up of the same.
  • Follow- up with Sales Team for the ongoing and future projects.
  • Execution of Sales order to LEX, preparation of machines GRN, machine invoicing.
  • Preparing Sales status, and co-ordinating with the respective sales person.
  • RTO processing for the machines sales.
  • Preparation of customer data as required from time to time.
  • Preparation of Service/Sales Engineer utilisation.
  • Checking of expenses and process for further approvals.
  • Ordering of special components for new machines.
  • Signing according to signature regulations
  • Booking of Sales Orders
  • Issuing of Sales Invoices

Competencies

Qualification and Education Requirements

  • Full timeGraduate Engineering/Science

Experience

  • 4 5 years of Experience in relevant Field.

Preferred Skills / Special Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel whenever required.
  • Ability to work under pressure with deadline to achieve Company goals/results
  • Good written as well as verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
