Financial Accountant Job in Liferay

Key Objectives Lead Liferay India entity Support with other APAC entities when needed Review & Management of AP process, vendor payments and bank reconciliations Support for customer invoicing and use of Salesforce Mentor local finance team member Reviewer of month end, quarter end and year end close for Liferay India Reviewer of Balance Sheet reconciliations & variance analysis on a monthly basis Management of cash flow forecasts Assist with Local Audit process Work closely with local external providers Support with tax compliance requirements Preparation/review of Intercompany transactions and reconciliations Apply a controls-based environment on financial oversight Work closely with finance professionals in other regions Ensure that all accounting procedures comply with applicable law and overall objectives Demonstrate competency in complex accounting issues Required Qualifications Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) Tally experience required Knowledge of local taxes required 1-3 years post qualification experience preferred Excellent team player who is very comfortable working as part of a team and working with professionals in different locations Detail orientation and exceptional organizational skills Ability to drive for continuous improvement Experience in intercompany transactions High level of attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills What We Offer Salary package w/ competitive benefits according to qualifications and experience Opportunities to take responsibility, grow professionally, and Stay Nerdy A positive and collaborative work culture Check out what employees say about us on Glassdoor Working at a leading open-source company Flexible working hours Flexible home office regulation Individual training and development opportunities
