Roles and Responsibilities:

Experience with LAN and WAN

Knowledge of OS Installation / Trouble shooting of client OS (Windows XP / 7 / 8 / 10), knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, basic networking, computer parts & peripherals, Assembling / integration of computer parts, Configuration of OS / Networking Printer, Installation and configuration of Antivirus, Outlook configuration, Have basic knowledge on switching and routing and WiFi configuration

Process paperwork for new employee and enter employee information into the payroll system.

Troubleshooting, Diagnosing and Resolving Hardware, systems Problems

Data Backups

Replacing Faulty Network Hardware Components When Required

Maintaining, Configuring, and Monitoring Virus Protection Software and Email Applications.

Knowledge of CCTV camera.

Maintain asset list and update when required.

Strong Understanding of hardware and Network Infrastructure.

Ability to Think Through Problems and Visualize Solutions.

Ability to Implement, Administer, and Troubleshoot Network Infrastructure Devices, Including Wireless Access Points, Firewall, Routers, Switches, Controllers.

Knowledge of Network Infrastructure Protocols.

Ability to Create Accurate Network Diagrams and Documentation for Design and Planning Network Communication Systems.
