Maintain and update leave records

Employee Relation

HR Documentation

HR Policy Administration

Solve queries of the employees

Grievance handling

Roles and Responsibilities:

Should MBA HR

Experience of 1-2 Years in HR

Should have knowledge of PF, ESIC and PT

Sound knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel is must)

Must possess effective and excellent communication skills like Email, Telephonic discussion

Comfortable with 6 days working pattern.

Should be able to work under pressure
