Job Summary

Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Full-cycle recruiting including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and hiring.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet the organization s talent needs.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and improve employee retention.
  • Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Perform background checks, reference checks, and assist in generating offer letters.

Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:

  • Sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including social media recruiting, campus recruiting, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and ensure compliance.
  • Candidate engagement through regular follow-ups, cold calling, cold emailing, and personalized communication.

Job Descriptions & Postings:

  • Write and create job descriptions that attract high-quality candidates.
  • Post job openings across various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Use recruitment metrics to assess the performance of job postings and candidate engagement.

Onboarding & Employee Relations:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture.
  • Employee relations management, offering support and resolving any concerns or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, HRIS, and HR compliance standards.

Diversity & Inclusion:

  • Foster a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
  • Implement strategies to attract diverse talent, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates.

Staffing Solutions & Workforce Planning:

  • Provide staffing solutions and support with workforce planning to meet organizational goals.
  • Conduct job market research to understand industry trends and competitor hiring strategies.

Employer Branding & Networking:

  • Enhance the company s employer branding to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain employer partnerships and leverage industry connections for recruitment efforts.

Talent Pool Management:

  • Manage an active talent pool and ensure continuous communication with potential candidates.
  • Promote long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.

Employee Benefits & Retention:

  • Collaborate with HR to communicate employee benefits and enhance employee retention through engagement strategies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to improve the hiring process.

Negotiation & Offer Management:

  • Expertise in negotiating offers, preparing offer letters, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Employer Branding & Diversity:

  • Strong understanding of employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and creating an inclusive hiring environment.

Metrics & Reporting:

  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics, candidate analytics, and tracking hiring progress.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, capable of interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles (typically 3-5 years).
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring best practices.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations, onboarding processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools.
