Job Summary
'- support financial analyst to effectively and agile prepare, aggregate and consolidate data for monthly management reports and financial analysis purposes.'- support finance organization within Segment Engineering to leverage Power Query/Pivot to streamline dataflows and enhance analysis workbooks'- leverage your techical expertise with regards to MS Office etc to enhance mass data processing and achieve next level of agility/consistency in our data model'- Update queries/workbooks (e.g. SAP SEM BCS, SAP BI, etc.) in course of monthly management reporting'- Fully responsible to prepare data for our front end interface to top management (e.g. Tableau, SAC)'- be responsible for our global FTE, sold hours and backlog manhours reporting Additional Responsibility : - Mandatory: Expert in Microsoft office applications especially MS Excel (=> role = subject matter expert in Power Query/Pivot, Microsoft BI, VBA) -Nice to have: Tableau -Nice to have: Power User in SAP (ERP & S/4 Hana & SAP SEM BCS) and BusinessWarehouse solutions -Nice to have: SAP Query Designer -Nice to have: Python Script -Nice to have: SQL Education qualification & Experience : Bachelor degree (minimum requirement) educated in business administration / informatics / statistics or comparable studies Master degree (nice to have but not must)
