Job Summary Oversee discipline specific activities- Support in the planning & forecasting of existing & future costs of all projects to enable & support the Department Head by helping them take further action to enhance financial performance of organisation- Provide support in the early alert management for schedule/cost deviations- Support in tracking cost performance index, value management, quantity tracking and cost control- Support the Depertment Head with work load & capacity planning scenarios to enable the process of making strategic decisions to detemine productivity of organization- Ensure usage of relevant softwares for workload & capacity planning of Linde- Support the development & integration of comprehensive project planning packages. Analyse schedules & provide inputs to Department Head regarding realistic project timelines- Support project scheduling activities for Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Construction phases- Support project planning with construction driven execution concepts by means of planning workshop- Perform resource loaded schedule planning, earned value analysis & schedule performance index- Perform accurate forecasting of project performance- Support in the creation of engineering document register, procurement register and construction register- Create reports for clients and project review meetings with management- Review recovery plans and critical paths- Identify new techniques/tools for performance enhancement- Oversee interface management & alignment with global entities & local units/functions- Initiate risk workshops during proposal & execution phase- Support in the creation of advanced detailed risk registers with voting devises for higher criticality projects- Support risk identifications with mitigation measures, contingency calculations for cost reporting- Create risk identification checklist with stakeholders and liquidated damages calculationsPeople Development- Conduct performance appraisal of direct reports and ensure adherence of processes and timelines across theProject Controls function- Decide on actions to improve employee engagement across the Project Controls function- Create development and succession plans for direct reports
Qualification :
Education qualification & Experience : BE Mechanical/Chemical/Civil -Minimum 18 years experienceHandling large scale EPCC projects in Oil & Gas sector Interface knowledge about complex EPCC functions
