Job Summary
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, and generate reports for management review.
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing prompt resolutions and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Do recruitment- from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies, including leveraging job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for various positions.
  • 1-3 yrs of work experience
  • Agency experience is a huge plus
  • Comfortable working on site
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.
  • High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Ability to think critically and develop solutions independently
  • Good command over English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to implement solutions
  • A great thinking mind buzzing with ideas
