Job Summary
  • Job Title : AEM Specialist - Frontend Job Code : L0370 Job Type : IT Experience : 5 Qualifications : BE / B.Tech / MCA Positions : 1 Location : Chennai Essential Skills :
    • HTML/CSS/ES6 Javascript, Java 8 and any Java based web framework
    • Adobe experience Manager (AEM) Apache Sling, JCR, OSGI
    • Good knowledge inApache Sling framework
    • Good knowledge inJava content repository API
    • Good knowledge in Apache Jack rabbbit framework
    • Knowledge of OSGI and Declarative Services
    • Strong understanding of REST Principles and Hands on experience REST based API development
    • Knowledge of Patterns and good practices to design and develop quality and clean code
    • Experience in Pair programming and code reviews
    • Experience with testing at all levels unit, integration, functional and performance
    • Experience in Agile Project(Scrum or SAFe) execution is a must
    • Familiarity with git, basic git branching strategies, working in a peer-reviewed environment, able to code to existing patterns/styles
    • Familiarity with task management, bug tracking and wiki based documentation tools like Jira and confluence.
    Role Description :
    • AEM FE developers must have ability to work full gamut of HTML/CSS/ES6 JavaScript
    • Ability to create custom templates and components
    • Good understanding of CRXDE Lite folder structure
    • Familiarity and exposure in both Classic and touch UI of the AEM
    • Developers need to be comfortable with heavy styling, modern/custom solutions for a sleek and performant site, writing javascript applications to interface with restful APIs
    • Creating transformers to convert data to/from API response/requests to how we use that data on the site
    • Must be comfortable writing code with JS Modules using export/imports to encapsulate code
    • Strong background in working with JS Promises/Async code
    • Understanding of webpack is a bonus
    • Accessibility familiarity required
