Job Summary

Core Technical skills :

  • Delivery Management for CX, Web Technologies, E-Commerce, CMS, Mobility and core Engineering projects.
  • Experience managing complete PLC (viz) Scoping, Requirement Gathering, HLD and LLD, Execution, Quality Assurance and DevOps Automation
  • Hands-on experience (Past or Present) on Front End ES6 based JavaScript technologies (ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS)
  • Hands-on experience (Past or Present) on one of the Back End technologies JAVA, .Net, LAMP Stack, ROR, Node JS
  • Relational Database exposure SQL. Schema less DB (Nice to Have)

Essential Skills :

  • Experience in managing Enterprise scale CX engagements with hands on experience in CMS, Ecommerce technologies, Web Technologies from concept to delivery as a service provider.Strong Engineering skills, be very comfortable in dealing with Architecture, Technical Design, Program Planning discussions with senior Customer stakeholders. Cloud knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge on best practices for Website management, SEO/SEM, lead generation techniques.
  • Experience on Marketing automation platforms (either hands on or at a managerial level) will be an added advantage
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, efficient delivery processes - Agile, Continuous Integration Delivery tools and experience with broader technology functions
  • Agile project management and any relevant training / certifications on AWS, Java, LAMP, Frontend frameworks.
  • Strong Customer management skills with experience in engagement with business stakeholders
  • Skilled at managing technical teams comprising technical architects, leads and developers to influence and guide their communications, customer skills and technical delivery outcomes

Nice to have skills :

  • Sound understanding of business financials, Career planning, team building, people mentoring and performance management
  • Candidates must have a proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO levels) positions in Fortune 500 organizations
  • They must be comfortable presenting to senior business and technology leaders, Previous experience in growing accounts
  • Should be excellent in business communication be persuasive and influential
  • Excellent at negotiation and able to communicate across the organization, fostering collaboration
Role Description :
  • Responsible for ownership of CX Engineering (Content, Commerce, Engineering and Digital Experience) services Delivery function from Chennai.
  • Responsible for driving a 15+ member team, ensure delivery excellence - work with development and QA teams to innovate and leverage technologies to ensure projects are delivered on-time, defect-free, within budget
  • Be a customer champion and deliver a great customer experience every time to create loyalty and advocacy - Nice to Have
  • Drive account growth to exceed organization targets - Nice to Have
  • Travel to customer place for visits.

  • Ensure any sensitive information of the project/organisation stays protected as per the guidelines of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and report any breach, vulnerability or threat to the respective Data Protection Officer (DPO) without delay.
  • Ensure all data of the customer/organisation processed must be done on one of the following lawful bases: consent, contract, legal obligation, vital interests, public task or legitimate interests.
  • Adherence to GDPR and ISMS standards to value privacy at every level
