Description

Litera is looking to hire HR Operations Leader for our Ahmedabad, India office, to manage end-to-end HR operations including Compensation & Benefits, Compliance management, day-to-day HR administrative Policies, Process, operations and providing a positive user experience. You will be responsible for:
- End-to-end ownership of people operations & HR projects to improve org health
- Payroll and Benefits Management, HR Compliances
- Leading internal operations around onboarding, employee engagement & performance reviews
- HRMS tools implementation, special HR projects implementation
- Building decision making frameworks to improve employee experience
Role requires minimum of 10 years of applicable experience in HR operations, program management or business process function, with experience facilitating change and driving process performance and compliance. Hands on with in depth knowledge of Processes, tools, documentation
