4-6 years or more experienced professional responsible to ensure all LAN/WAN network equipment are available, reachable and functional at all times for the Business and the end-users. Support, manage and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, remote access, wireless, and other network devices. (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba network inventory). Be an active contributor for operations, business continuity and build document repository. Basics and knowledge of MPLS, IPsec Tunnel, SSL VPN, Firewall, DNS, DHCP, TACACS and SNMP. Work with service providers to install WAN circuits, troubleshoot issues. Customer focused with the ability to work and interact with different teams and individuals. Abide by the best practices and procedures of the client and employer; also ready to work in a 24*7 Work environment.
