Share | Job Description We are looking for an experienced web designer and front end developer who can design fresh, modern, and responsive layouts and graphics that also has experience implementing front-end code including HTML5, CSS, and Javascript. Candidate must be able to work in a team setting, be willing to present a creative vision to clients, and accept feedback from clients. Must possess strong client-facing communication skills.Job Responsibilities- Design fresh, modern, effective layouts that translate well into a responsive website
- Implement responsive designs using standards compliant HTML5/CSS
- Maintain a passion for keeping up to date with the latest techniques to construct quality semantic markup with cross-browser compatibility
- Develop clean, reusable, easily maintainable code
- Use git for source code control and code reviews
- Knowledge of website accessibility is a bonus, but the willingness to learn and incorporate accessible techniques is a must
- Bachelor s degree or higher in related field. Extensive work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 5 year s professional web design and development experience
- Expertise with Adobe XD (or Invision), Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience with Standards Compliant HTML5
- Experience with CSS (with Sass or LESS experience as a bonus)
- Experience with JavaScript and jQuery
- Bonus Skills: RequireJS, KnockoutJS, ReactJS, AngularJS, Magento or Wordpress Theme development
