About the role

As a Business Manager, you will be an entrepreneur, driving the PnL of your business along with your studio associate(s). You will be interacting with customers and plan the interiors of residential spaces with furniture, lighting, wall treatments, etc from our extensive Livspace catalog. You are the architect and visionary for clients, keeping their needs and preferences in mind. You will be responsible for designing their dream homes within a clients estimated timeline and project budget.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Own the business Profit & Loss / Financials, of the studio.

  • Meet new clients and understand their requirements in detail trying to ensure that your interactions with LivSpace leads convert to successful and happy customers.

  • Responsible for customer experience. Your role will range from client front-ending, brief understanding and validation to design projects development and coordination from concept to installation stages.

  • Own your projects from start to finish. Manage customer negotiations and payment.

  • Be the voice of Livspace and educate clients about our revolutionary interior design and execution capabilities

  • Work closely with the client and your interior design team to finalize the home design, 3D designs, and GFC ( Good for Construction) drawings.

  • Collaborate with your team and be accountable for all deliverables of team members.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • You are from the interior designing industry having experience managing and driving end-to-end residential projects. (Sales, Design, Execution).

  • Past experience of owning and delivering 8-10 residential projects as a Project Lead, from Project conception to execution.

  • Past experience working with a Studio or as a Freelancer.

  • Thorough knowledge of costing and preparing project commercials (Bill of Quantity, Discounts etc).

  • Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.

  • Effective communicator and efficient in program/stakeholder management.

  • Highly enterprising in nature with an ability to handle risk/uncertainty (trait).

  • Should be highly resourceful and action-based.

  • Eye for detail. (Nothing escapes your scrutiny. No design detail goes wrong under your supervision.)
