Job Summary

As Pre Sales Executive, you will:

Reach out to prospective customers basis the lead given to him by CM; strictly follow SLAs

Briefly communicate about Livspace & herself

Understand the scope of project

Ability to identify FHD & KNW kind of projects

Schedule the briefing call with a DP through canvas, CM should assign a DP based on availability

Follow-up with cx and make sure the call happens on scheduled time

Target to schedule BC with DP (50% of GM assigned)

Follow-up to get floor plans or help in fetching one from internet

Ensure that proposals are presented on time

Feedback from customer on proposal

Deactivation retargeting, understand the reason behind customer not choosing to work with us & if it can be resolved

Who you are:

You earned a degree

Ability to educate the customer about the benefit of choosing Livspace over competitors

Strong persuasion skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to collate basis requirement post the call with the customer

Preference of candidates who have worked in customer facing roles / inside sales roles as the role would involve high degree of customer interaction

Ideal experience 2-5 years

You know your way around these:

first calls within 5 mins of lead creation

Avg. first response time.

BC done.
