Role Overview

As a Project Manager Premium Projects, you ll take full ownership of delivering high-quality home interior projects on time, with exceptional customer satisfaction. You will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers during the execution phase, managing cross-functional coordination, vendor relationships, and site progress to ensure flawless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Execution & Site Management
    • Review and interpret 2D/3D drawings across disciplines: Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc.
    • Identify design discrepancies, foresee execution risks, and provide resolutions proactively.
    • Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, highlighting task dependencies and timelines.
    • Perform regular site audits and ensure quality control through onsite and remote monitoring.
    • Provide technical guidance to site supervisors (Project Executives) and execution teams.
    • Ensure timely site progress updates to customers, maintaining transparency and trust.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Management
    • Be the bridge between designers and customers during the execution phase.
    • Share weekly progress reports with all stakeholders via trackers and project summaries.
    • Uphold a high standard of customer experience, ensuring delivery aligns with expectations.
    • Address vendor concerns promptly and foster strong vendor relationships.
  • Data, Reporting & Process Excellence
    • Analyze project data to identify performance bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
    • Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality checklists, and work method statements at every stage.
    • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, process improvements, and new initiatives.

Requirements

Education:

  • Graduate in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
  • Preferred: Management graduates from Tier I/Tier II institutes

Experience:

  • 3+ years in project management, operations, or site execution preferably in home renovation/interior fit-outs
  • Strong technical understanding of residential site execution and interior construction
  • Prior experience in an Ops-focused startup is a plus

Skills & Attributes:

  • Deep understanding of design feasibility and on-site challenges
  • Strong project planning and problem-solving abilities
  • High ownership mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with data analysis
