Job Summary

Locobuzz is a SaaS platform that provides a complete Digital Customer Experience.
We are currently looking for a Client Account Manager to be a part of our dynamic team.


Job responsibilities would include:
1. Manage client relationship and ensure the highest degree of client satisfaction through effective relationship management
2. Train the client on our CX platform features periodically
3. Understand the challenges at the client end and map it to the tool capabilities in the best possible manner
4. Apprise the client on new feature development
5. Have good analytical skills to create Valued-added reports using the dashboard
6. Regular reviews and communication with the client

Requirement:
Good Communication and Analytical Skills
Minimum one year experience in CX platform

Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - Onboarding New Client skill with 1+ years experience
  • Required - CX skill with 1+ years experience
  • Required - SaaS skill with 1+ years experience
  • Required - Bachelor's or higher education

    Required - Located in Mumbai

    Experience Required :

    1 to 3 Year
