Manager Role:
Creating SOP for the brands that are onboarded for the ORM process
Having various KRAs set for the executives and team to make sure that there is a smooth flow of work happening
Understanding the brands needs and wants and delivering the same within the stipulated timeline
Managing the team and making sure that the team members are well placed in the duration of their shifts and our following the process flow with the timelines of tasks allocated
Having weekly calls scheduled for the team to understand the pain points and to take an update about the various brands
Taking a monthly feedback from the clients to understand the process feedbacks, new implementations towards the process
Building ORM strategies for smoother process flow
