Market Research Analyst Job in Locus

About this role: As Market research analyst , you'll deliver must-have research through secondary/primary touchpoints and contribute to our growth by helping senior leadership with unbiased insights & advice which they need to make right decisions everyday. Roles & Responsibilities: Scope the research, estimate the effort involved and plan out a framework to conduct the desk research around new market development and product innovation etc. Conduct research using both systematic and intuitive secondary research techniques Summarize research findings, help visualize and build data story that is reported via a structured report in MS Word, Excel or PowerPoint format Analyst will work on company, product, industry or macro-economic analysis as per the business requirement Undertake primary research based on well-defined research objective/hypothesis; develop questionnaire to support agendas driven by Product or Marketing practice Develop strong understanding of the logistics industry in general and expertise in specific domains as required Demonstrate complete ownership of the tasks/projects assigned and co-ordinate/collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives Who you are: 1-3 years minimum experience in the Research industry. Working knowledge on Secondary Market tools like Factiva, hoovers etc. Good knowledge of databases, public sources of information, and/or industry specific sources Ability to clearly understand the research requirements through effective listening, comprehension, and probing skills Communication should reflect logical thinking and consultative approach Problem solver - You love solving unstructured problems, and are excited about using secondary research techniques to draw insights and answer key business problems Life at Locus comes with added benefits as well: A comprehensive Health Insurance policy that covers you and also your loved ones No leave restrictions(you manage your own leaves)
