Technical Content Writer Job in Locus

Responsibilities:

Write user-focused content that explains how to use different product features to model and simulate supply chain

Develop engaging technical content for API documentation, integration guides and product release notes

Develop content in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences across the Locus.sh ecosystem : users, engineering, product, engagement and operational teams

Develop and oversee illustrative material, flowcharts, examples ,and tutorials that show how to use software features across Locus.sh product suite

Actively participate in developing scalable documentation strategy, policy and guidelines.

Analyze documents to enhance and maintain continuity of style of content

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in engineering, English, communications, linguistics, or related field

3+ experience as a technical writer, editor, or content strategist, with a focus on software or workflow applications

Hands-on experience in working with MS Office tools (such as MS Word, MS Excel, Visio and MS PowerPoint)

Adept in creating: How-to guides for internal - external users and usage guides, with extraordinary presentation skills

Strong technology fundamentals: We expect you to go from the highest level of abstraction to reading and understanding code
