The Responsibilities includes:

• Plan, design, and deployment of highly available IT infrastructure and associated support services, including networks server infrastructure (Linux/Windows), storage, security, systems applications and telecommunication.
• Hands on with analysis and troubleshooting of availability and performance issues of all IT infrastructure systems and networks across the enterprise remotely.
• Design and execute monitoring, alerting and automation of IT infrastructure setup.
• Hands on with disaster recovery of IT setups.
• Efficient and effective communication with clients to understand issues/needs and update them on resolutions.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong debugging skills is a must.

Candidates should have 4 ~ 6 years of experience with the following skill sets:

• Expert Level skill on Linux, Hypervisors.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills are a must.
• Moderate expertise on Windows server platform, Storage (experience with at least one of EMC, NetApp, IBM, DELL etc) and Telecoms App Deployment.
• Moderate expertise on Virtualization and Cloud deployment (Public or Private clouds, Linux, Open Source).
• Moderate expertise on automation, like scripting with (java, php, shell etc), understanding of web application debugging from systems side, routine Backup Experience (Symantec, EMC systems).
• Experience with the Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure clouds will be an added advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft infrastructure including Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, DHCP, SSO, Sharepoint etc will be an added advantage.
• Work with cross-team collaboration and communication across technical disciplines.

Qualification and Expertise Requirements:

• Degree or Masters in IT, Computer Science or Telecommunications.
• Cisco Certified Network Certification and hands on experience will be an additional advantage.
• Microsoft Certification in Windows2008/Microsoft Exchange and hands on experience will be an additional advantage.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology preferably in Infrastructure domain.
• Should have detailed experience with Unix/Linux.
• Excellent communication skills.
