Skills Required

Interpersonal Skills:

• Fluent in both written and spoken French at a C1/C2 level.
• Proficiency in both written English (which is mandatory) and spoken English (which is preferred).

Technical Skills:

• SQL (ability to write simple queries or use pre-established queries)
• Ability to provide training
• Ability to write user documentation
• An appetite for technology is necessary
• Knowledge of video files and formats would be a plus

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage access to the application
• Provide daily support for users on incidents and support needs
• Manage priorities and escalations at L3
• Carry out training for users
• Provide feedback experience to the project team on the daily use of the application by users to fuel continuous improvement

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in user support and/or project management
