Job Summary

Requisite Skills

Minimal 4 years of experience as a corporate IT recruiter in a leading software firm. Strong hold on full recruitment life cycle from the point of sourcing relevant candidates from different sources to on boarding of candidates. Should be able to draft attractive JDs that reflect LS work culture and USPs. Open to make high volume calls on a daily basis to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly targets. Learn new ways of sourcing and connecting with the relevant pool. Highly enthusiastic and enjoy the process of recruiting people. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A team player who can perform with no / minimal supervision. Exposure of ATS would be an added advantage. Well exposed to various interview formats such as Physical, Online & Panel. Curious to know more about IT industry and its technologies. Able to perform effective initial screening to filter irrelevant pool. Highly organized and multitasking skills to handle multiple positions at a time. Able to writing excellent emails
