Technical Support Executive (knowledge Of Linux Is Required) Job in Logicode Inc

Job Type: Full-time
Education Required: BCA, MCA, B.Tech, B.E
Experience Required: 1-3 Years (Preferred)

Responsibilities and Duties:

Updating existing infrastructure with new technologies and devices.
Answering Technical queries and guiding with non-technical users.
Perform regular audits and maintain IT infrastructure
Manage and record in-house IT inventory.

We expect the candidate:

Having in depth knowledge and understanding of network security components with a background in cloud computing.
Proficient in Network troubleshooting, excellent command on Linux operating system.
Have Basic knowledge of database management in MySQL(like create delete and backup & restore database)
Good Communication with good command on English
