Job Summary Job Description :

Manage the Admin and housekeeping teams to provide a safe, hygienic and fun workplace and facilities for the Organisation, its employees, contractors, clients and suppliers

Effective vendor management including contract management and meeting cost targets

Support to HR engagement and other internal teams to smoothly run various initiatives including office events, festive events, Rewards and recognition programs, Diwali gifting etc

Management of the office infrastructure including ensuring routine maintenance, repairs, AMC renewals, insurances etc to minimize disruption to work and minimize inconvenience

Responsible to lead the response to any emergency and preparing and regularly upgrading the emergency response plan to various foreseeable emergencies

Responsible for complying with various rules and certifications that are related to the Admin / facilities function, including ISO 9001, ISMS, MSEDCL rules, MSEB compliances, Shop and establishment, Covid or pandemic related government notifications etc.

Experience Required :

15 to 20 Years
