What you would be doing: Strategic Planning and Execution Collaborate closely with the COO and leadership team to develop With COO and CRO, Go-To-Market strategy for serving larger B2B customers launching a brand new customer segment With COO and delivery teams, develop and implement a strategy for retention and expansion of existing B2B accounts Analysis, Reporting, and Executive Support Conduct comprehensive analysis on various aspects of the business, identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges specifically within customer success Prepare detailed reports and memos, and contribute to executive reporting Assist the COO in preparing for internal executive meetings and external board meetings Cross-Functional Initiatives Work on cross-functional projects related to insurance and healthcare services, collaborating with various teams to drive higher CSAT & retention Drive initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, service delivery, and customer experience. People Operations Support in key hiring Collaborate with the HR team to implement effective hiring strategies, develop training programs, and foster a positive work culture What we are looking for: 4+ years of work experience in strategy consulting, banking, andfast-growing startups Demonstrated ability to launch new initiatives and build capability within teams Demonstrated ability to project manage cross-functional projects Strong analytical skills Excellent communication and leadership skill Experience in a healthcare or insurance environment is a plus
