Qualification & Skills Required:
MBA Marketing/BBA Marketing/ Any other similar course from a recognized university.
Good Communication& written Skills in English & Malayalam.

Customer Care Post Sales Activities:
As a Customer Care Post Sales you need to interact with customers & sales department people to provide information in response to enquire about flats or villa sales & carry out the below listed work & give customers a hassle free services.
Booking Form Processing.
Confirm Client Payment, schedule & pricing.
Interior Finalizing.
Welcome Letter.
Updating Communication Register.
Updating work status on What s App Group.
Updating One Drive Folder.
Receipts Issuing to Customers.
Agreement Drafting & Printing.
Assisting Customers in Bank Loan Follow ups.
Collection Call follow-ups with Customers.
Progress Letters.
Registration Document Reading.
Co-ordination with Department heads & Customers.
Inspection of Flat/Villa.
Joint Inspection.
Handing Over & Testimonials.
Unforeseen Works.
Daily Report Updating on TODO Software, Whats App group, Email & to Dept. Heads as per their requirement.
Increment Structure for Fresher Candidates*
01-06 months RS.5000
06-12 months- RS.7500
12-18 months-RS.10000
18-24 months- RS.12500
24-30 months RS.15000
30- 36 months- RS.17500
After 36 months RS.21000
Depends on their performance there will be increment after 36 months.
She/he will get trained to attain a disciplined life during course of our training.
