Required smart energetic and experienced project sales head for flat/villa sales of our projects in Kerala.

Vaancies-10
Location- Thrissur, Aluva, Trivandrum, Guruvayur.
Salary- Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000 + Incentive as per company policy.
Qualification & Skills Required:
MBA/BBA in Marketing or any other relevant degree from a recognized university.
Effective communication written and verbal skills in English & Malayalam.
Target Oriented.
Word/Excel.
Strong English Correspondence.
Accountability.
Obedient.
Polite.
Soft Spoken.
Leadership Skills.
Project Sales Head Activities:
Market Intelligence - Comparative study of competitors merits and demerits periodically.
Strategy Planning - Formulate the unique selling points of our project with respect to the market study.
Readiness - Find out our week points based on customer feedback and market intelligence and make our project
ready in all respect.
Advertisement - Identify the cost effective and efficient for generating more leads.
Lead Management - Sales team should be vigilant to attend calls, replying to emails and messages 24 hours a
day including Sundays and holidays in most fruitful manner.
Follow up - All leads should be followed up until customer categorically says no.
Home visit - Every interested customer should be requested for a house visit.
Site visit - Every interested customer should be received at site at their convenience. He should not be left alone
even for a moment. Sales person should accompany with all project details and show him every where
very pleasantly
Convincing - Customer should be convinced with all our unique selling points. Also sales person should inform
company's help for loan and all necessary assistance.
Conversion - You should be able to close sale at the appropriate moment by collecting advance and getting the
booking form signed.
Non Conversion Reason.
Kapture Updating- Leads updating software.
Daily Report to Team Leaders or General Manager or as per company requirement.
If Required Support to Post Sales Activities:
Agreement Signing.
Bank Loan Documentation Follow Up.
Work Progress Updations.
Payment Schedule follow-up.
Registrations Follow Up.
Joint Inspection.
Handing Over.
Testimonials.
