BIZ Bullindia are looking for an enthusiastic franchise development manager to works for a franchise company, and seek out prospective franchise owners, and lays the groundwork for completing a contract with a new franchise owners.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
Researching prospective accounts in target markets
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
Training business development staff
Attending conferences and industry events
Promoting the related Lead Generation Youtubers Event in social pages.
Salary -15k to 20k per month
Job Types: Full-time, Experienced as well as Freshers are Welcome.
Preferred - Bachelor's or higher education
Preferred - Located in Bihar
Preferred - Good command over English, Hindi
