Job Summary
Key Responsibilities: Website Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in website experience and conversion rates by using advanced analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, and other relevant platforms. Reporting & Analysis: Create comprehensive reports for analysis projects and A/B test results. Provide insights that guide decision-making and future strategies. Visualizations & Dashboards: Develop and manage visualizations, dashboards, and templates to track and communicate the progress of optimization activities. A/B Testing: Gather requirements for upcoming A/B tests, program tests, and track their progress. Ensure tests are executed correctly and efficiently, providing insights and recommendations based on the results. Personalization Strategy: Identify opportunities for personalization throughout the digital experience to improve user engagement and drive conversions. Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor A/B tests, personalization efforts, and ongoing optimization initiatives to ensure their success. Provide regular updates to internal teams. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders, both in written and verbal formats, ensuring clarity and understanding across teams. Business Solutions: Utilize digital tools and data analytics to help internal teams answer business questions and support data-driven decision-making. Qualifications: Proven experience working with industry-leading web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. Experience with A/B testing and personalization tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or VWO is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex data and insights to a variety of audiences. Prior experience working at a Fortune 500 company is highly preferred. Basic knowledge of SQL or other query languages is an advantage.
