Job Summary Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions while ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of machine learning systems. You will oversee the full machine learning lifecycle and mentor junior team members while staying at the forefront of technological advancements in the AI space. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership in Model Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and solutions tailored to business needs. 2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. 3. End-to-End Machine Learning Lifecycle: Oversee all stages of the machine learning lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment. 4. System Performance and Scalability: Ensure machine learning systems are scalable, high-performing, and reliable in production environments. 5. Mentorship and Team Guidance: Mentor junior data scientists and machine learning engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional growth. 6. Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies, and integrate cutting-edge techniques into projects. 7. Communication with Stakeholders: Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. 8-10 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision. Proven experience leading machine learning projects and teams to successful outcomes. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java. Proficiency with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Experience deploying machine learning models in production on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of MLOps practices and big data management methodologies. Expertise in computer vision, neural networks, and reinforcement learning. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. Qualification :
