- Degree/Diploma from a recognized animation school or institute
- Technical understanding of Industry Standard Animation Softwares (Adobe Flash, Toon Boom Harmony etc)
- Digital Drawing skills or artistic talent (we will train you to become a world-class animator)
- Demo reel or work samples
- Strong ability to organize and prioritize
- Drive, determination and creative problem-solving skills
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Strong ability to organize and prioritize
- Commitment to work for the company for a minimum 3 year period
