Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of Potential Markets/opportunities. Crafting and presenting Pitches for Solutions, that can be used by the Sales Team.
• Provide Domain/Product/Activity Knowledge Support.
• Participate In Strategy Meetings, Support new business growth.
• Excellent Communication Skills, Ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Past experience in Ecommerce Ops with a reputed retail organization or a reputed BPO/KPO and Worked on projects with international e-commerce engagement.
