• Focus on improving productivity by Kaizen (small improvements)
• Well versed with ISO/ISMS processes
• Exposure to external process audits
• Excellent Man-management.
• Excellent communication skill
  

Preferred:

• Experience in Books division
• Worked for STEM/HSS books
• Worked in full-service work environment
• Should have working experience with CUP/WK etc.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate

Experience:

• 10+ years
