Project Manager Job in Luminoguru Pvt Ltd.

We are looking for a Project Manager with minimum 4 years of Experience

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Should have experience in planning project, proposals, client interaction, team building, team handling etc
• should be an expert in Project Monitoring/Tracking/Controlling the project execution cycle and ensuring timely delivery of projects within budgeted time frame.
• Experience of managing a minimum of 10-15 member cross-functional team including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel..
• Strong understanding of SCRUM/Agile methodologies and JIRA/ Trello/Asana/ Mantis for project management is a must.

Key Skills :

• Gathering project information and preparing workflow on required activities.
• Daily coordination with the team leads to understanding and identifying their issues.
• Identify causes for potential project delays and ensure timely corrective action so as to ensure meeting of project deadlines agreed with customers.
• Maintain discipline, proper time management, and adherence to project timelines at all times in the production area.
• Liaison between the client and the team for the successful delivery of the project.
• Prepare project status reports.
• Getting output ready before the deadline.
• Determine project specifications, know client requirements.
• Lead process of issue identification and resolution
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
