Job Summary
Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, India Company: Lupin Department: Pharmaceutical (Derma Production) Experience: 2-7 Years Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Associate - Derma Production to join our team at our Pithampur facility. This role plays a vital part in the production of topical dermatological products, ensuring efficient operation of packaging machinery and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities: Operate and maintain packaging machinery, including cartoners, sticker labeling machines, and printing & scanning systems. Demonstrate a strong understanding of topical solution, ointment, cream, and gel manufacturing processes, including filling and packing procedures. Possess experience with regulatory audits such as USFDA and MHRA. Maintain a high level of compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Effectively communicate with colleagues and supervisors. Complete online training programs like SABA. Qualifications: Diploma in Pharmacy, Diploma in Electronics/Mechanics, or B.Sc. in Science (preferred). Previous experience in pharmaceutical derma production within a USFDA or MHRA-approved facility is essential. Strong understanding of packaging machinery operation and maintenance. Commitment to quality and adherence to regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
