Job Summary
Hands on experience on injectable process equipment like vial filling lines, PFS filling lines, isolators, Lyophilizers and steam sterilizers maintenance and ability to attend the breakdown activities. Planning and execution of SAP preventive maintenance and timely closure. Analysis of breakdown notifications. Maintaining and procurement of critical spare parts. Implementation and review of departmental documentation and validation activities. Ensure compliance to cGMP and quality system. Maintain and ensure SAP PM/ Facility maintenance schedule orders carried out as per planner. Shall have handled QMS. Develop and co-ordinate with external vendors for and indigenous spare parts development and maintenance activities. Having exposure in working regulatory approved plants.
